She is recipient of Senior Research Fellowship of ICMR, International HTA fellowship, Six Sigma Green belt & NABH assessor ship, apart from her professional degrees, MBBS, MS & MBA. She has worked in many govt. & corporate hospitals like Northern Railway Central Hospital ( NRCH), Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi & Columbia Asia Hospital. She has her own clinic in Sector 7 Dwarka, New Delhi.
Ms. Anupama Sharma

MBA in hospital management and International Health Policy research from US, Ms. Anupama has 15 + years of experience of working in health care industry of India, graduated as a radiology paramedical. Afghanistan, US and Singapore. She has lead clinical departments in corporate hospitals, held senior positions in consulting and academia. She also has been researching policy issues of healthcare industry. Ms. Anupama is currently engaged with Ministry of Health Family Welfare India in executing National Quality Assurance Program for government hospitals across India. She is also engaged with Ministry of Public Health Afghanistan and NGO's for improving healthcare system of Afghanistan, She is editorial board review member for Bulletin of World Health Organisation and certified auditor for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Indian quality assurance systems.

She is expert in women's health issues and presented paper in many national & international conferences on abortion care. She is passionate about women health care and promoting reproductive & sexual rights of Indian women.
Dr Sanjay Dwivedi

Dr. Sanjay, is a senior Professor of Plastic Surgery and is a noted humanitarian. He works at the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Swami Ram Himalayan University, Dehradun as the Director, Smile Train and Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery. He has put in more than 28 years in the service of humanity as a Surgeon, a Plastic Surgeon, a Scientist, an Inventor and a Social Servant. Majority of his patients include down trodden and weaker members of the society. Working at various places, serving the underprivileged humanity, his attitude of service to the society has lead him to performed more than 25,000 operations for grotesque birth defects, cancer, burn deformities and trauma.
Inspired by His Excellency, the then Governor of Uttarakhand Shri Sudershan AgarwalJi, he joined hands with the international charity organization, The Smile Train in 2004, with an aim to provide free service to cleft patients along with delivery of exemplary quality of health care. Honoured with the Global Leader in Cleft Care Award he has designed a surgical instrument, an Innovative Hydro Dissection Device based on the lever principle for safe delivery of drugs and for dissection of tissues by water pressure. This research has been awarded as the Dev Raj Bajaj National Best Research for Designing Innovative Medical Equipment, by the Indian Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India in 2010. His special Nutritional Formulation for the treatment of malnutrition has been internationally acclaimed.
The Awami Imdadi Society of Kiratpur awarded him with the "Best Surgeon Award" for the services which he provided to the poor patients. The Lions Club International, District 321-C1 awarded him with the "Lion's Appreciation Award". He has been honoured by the Rotary Club of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Dehradun for exemplary services provided by him to the people of Ethiopia. He also received the "Award Of Honour" and "Modern Day Surgery Honour" from Madhya Pradesh Chapter of Association of Surgeons Of India. King George's Medical University conferred upon him the "Outstanding Services To Plastic Surgery Award" in 2016. Appreciating his quality services and credentials, the Smile Train Organisation, USA and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation, USA, nominated him as the Educational Affiliate. He has also worked on Hospital Architecture and Quality Function Deployment in Operation Theatres. Working on "No Suture Principle" he has worked on "Suture less Repair" of skin, bones, nerves and blood vessels. His techniques of Eyelid Reconstruction and Non Surgical Facial Rejuvenation have been widely acclaimed.

Dr. Ila Gupta has more than 15 years of experience in Reproductive medicine.She is M.B.B.S., M.S (Obstetrics & Gynaecology). Her main area of practice is Infertility, IVF, and Endoscopy. She heads the IVF Department at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon where facilities like IVF, ICSI with assisted hatching and ICSI with blastocyst transfer, IMSI, Donor Egg, Donor sperm and Donor Embryo IVF and Surrogacy are available. Dr Ashish Pitale, MS, FRCS (Edinburgh), FIAGES, FMAS, FLBS,is a Senior Consultant in Laparoscopic, Bariatric, & General Surgery. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University and has 21years of experience in surgery. He obtained MBBS in Dec. 1990 and MS in Surgery in December 1994. He subsequently did his Senior Residency from Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi. He obtained the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd) in 2000 and went to the UK for higher surgical training. He gained excellent experience in Laparoscopic and Gastrointestinal Surgery in the UK.
He has also obtained Fellowship in Bariatric Surgery from Max Institute of Minimal Access & Bariatric Surgery, New Delhi and Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery and Bariatric Surgery from Laparo Obeso Centre, Pune ; both high volume centres.

He has done fellowship in FESS. He has a rich experience of over 16 years to his credit with reputed institutes such as Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, etc. He has also worked as ENT Specialist with Armed Forces Hospital, Muscat and with Sultan Special Force, Omen.
Dr. Taneja has special interest in Endoscopy of Nose, Throat & Ear, Micro Ear Surgery, Head & Neck Cancer Evaluation and Surgery, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Surgery for Snoring/Sleep Apnea and all routine ENT procedures.

Dr Rawall's special interests are Revision Spine Surgery, Cervical Myelopathy, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Cost Effective Spinal Surgery Solutions, Kyphoplasty and Vertebroplasty. His spectrum of work includes complex revisions, deformity correction and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.
He has performed 100's of surgeries in his long career as a spinal surgeon and has treated Indian national patients and as well as large number of International patients from Iraq, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Mozambique, Tanzania and Oman.
He has a keen interest and approach towards issues such as patient psychology and medical ethics and likes to be involved in generating public awareness about the rehabilitation of Spinal Cord Injury patients and their incorporation into the mainstream of life.
